Due to an issue with iOS 11, users on Safari may experience a page refresh when trying to login and may not be able to access the Coach Office. We are working with Apple to resolve this, but in the meantime the following solutions will resolve the issue:
1. Clear your device browser cache (see FAQ 1375 for more information). Note: You will only have to clear it once to resolve the issue.
2. Use Private Browsing
3. Use a browser other than Safari (e.g. Chrome)
